BITRIX24 - CRM Drive Integration App
The standard documents management in Bitrix24 CRM functions only through CRM custom fields. Users cannot connect the entities they work with to Bitrix24 Drive on their intranet. Every time users need to create sections in the Bitrix24 Drive and upload documents manually. When document flow is significant, this seems problematic.
With our Bitrix24 CRM Drive Integration App you automatically connect your CRM entities (Leads, Deals, Orders, Quotes, Invoices, Contacts, Companies) to Bitrix24 Drive and can manage documents directly in Bitrix24 Drive.
Connecting a CRM Deal with the Bitrix24 Drive
The company name and the contact fields of the deal should be filled in to activate the Open button.
To connect a CRM Deal with the Bitrix24 Drive add a new section to the Deal form and then select Drive Folder ID and Drive Folder Link fields.
The connection between the CRM Deal and the Bitrix24 Drive is established
Open the connected Bitrix24 Drive folder
Click on the Folder ID number and open the connected Bitrix24 Drive folder.

Perform standard app installation at Bitrix24 Market. When the app is installed, you will see the settings and can manage the Bitrix24 Drive Folder placement.
